The lazy man's way to a green, healthy lawn.
Lawnpro wave the magic wand more than 10,000 times per month
Lawnpro delivered great results in just one season of delivering the Lawnpro Franchise System to my lawn.
My name is Jack Wilson, I am a busy executive and really enjoy the free time over weelends. This has been enhanced over more than 8 year during which time Lawnpro have been looking after my lawn.
In fact Lawnpro even supplied the seed and the sowing instructions for my lawn.

"I have been a customer of Lawnpro for many years now. When I built my dream home the first thing we planned was my lawn, even before the architect was appointed.
A beautiful, green mat of a lawn does not come without a fair share of hard work. The very first thing is to determine which type of soil you have underneath the lawn, because this will have a direct influence on the input.
South African lawns consist mostly of Kikuyu and LM grass and will always require 3 basic elements:
- Correct mowing.
- Enough water.
- The right nutrients for each individual season.
Our lawn consists of a mix between Kikuyu in the sunny areas slowly blending into LM lawn in the shadier areas.
Given the above three and assuming that the pests and diseases stay away there is no reason why you will not have a green and healthy lawn all year round.
My lawn is planted in good rich subsoil with plenty of organic matter, especially carted in by Lawnpro, over gravel excavated for purposes of building the original house. The near to compost subsoil is kept that way by the application of the correct nutrients, micro elements and live micro organisms at least 4 times a year, every year. This has resulted in a substructure that has the ability to retain just enough water without becoming waterlogged.
I water my lawn in the mornings only. In the summer I give it a good soaking once a week and a splash of water every day when the sun is at its hottest.
In the winter I reset my irrigation system to 3 minutes every morning 15 minutes before sunrise and 3 minutes 15 minutes after sunrise. This way I take care of the frost. I still lay down a good 25mm once a week.
I obviously use a Lawn Doctor from Lawnpro to take care of the nutrients, preventative weed and pest control and to make sure there are no diseases.
In our area mole crickets are a mess with my neighbours, but my lawn is always squeaky clean. This way I don't only get a fair share of granular fertilizers but also a regular dose of liquid fertilizers applied evenly.
We are ardent bird fans. Not a day passes where we do not put out regular trays of fruit and seeds for a huge variety of these winged critters to come feast upon. The downside is that we find bird droppings to cause a huge number of weeds infesting the lawn.
The Lawnpro lawn specialist doesn't even phone us to make an appointment. We have his scheduled visits magnetically stuck to our refrigerator door. The drill is easy; we are not allowed to mow the lawn for 6 days before his next visit and for at least 2 days after his next visit. This ensures that the weed killers, which are absorbed through the leaves, have a larger leaf area to penetrate and is also not washed off due to sprinkler water. On the other hand; if it rains after the programmed lawn service, he comes around and re-applies the weed killer for FREE. Weeds grow all year round, if not controlled properly.
When spraying broadleaf weed killers it is advisable to set the sprayer so as to prevent overspray onto your normal broadleaf garden plants. They can die from spray drift. It is advisable not to use your herbicide spray equipment for any other purpose than just that."
